Fat Thursday in Vic starts the night before. Huge grills are placed in the town square to roast the pigs that will be eaten the following day. All night long and until midday on Fat Thursday, the meat is slowly roasted. This is just the right amount of time in order to be able to enjoy it for lunch. Two marquees are also set up in the square: a culinary one that serves food all day long, and an activities one, with exhibitions and workshops. If you happen to be in Vic, you just have to eat some pork!
